Ages, Times and Fees

AGES

We enroll children from the ages of three months to four/five years old. We enroll older children in our summer program.

The number of children in each room and the teacher to child ratio are in accordance with the regulations of the TN Dept of Human Services.

TEDDY BEARS • ages 3 - 12/16 months • 2 teachers per 6 children
BUNNIES • ages 12/16 - 24 months • 2 teachers per 8 children
CATERPILLARS • ages 24-36 months • 2 teachers per 14 children
KANGAROOS • ages 3-5yrs • 2 teachers per 24 children

We have two extra “floater” teachers who help in the rooms during busy times. We believe in keeping our rooms well-staffed with well-trained teachers.

TIMES

Our Mom’s Day Out program operates on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. We are closed on Wednesdays. Our hours are 9:30-2:30pm.

We can enroll your child for one or two days a week. Your requested days are subject to our availability upon enrollment. Any changes to your requested enrollment requires two weeks notice. It is important that you pick your child up at 2:30pm. Any child not picked up by 2:40 will have a $10.00 late fee charged to their account. After 2:50, the charge will be $2 per minute.

Holiday’s and Spring Break will coincide with First Assembly Christian School system. When the program is closed for holidays your account is not charged. Please refer to the Calendar tab for all closings.

FEES

Fees vary and are subject to change. Our current rate is $20.00 a day with a maximum of 2 days a week. A one time registration fee of $40.00 per child is due upon enrollment. A $10.00 supply fee per family will be due twice a year on Jan 15 and again on Aug 15. Fees are due in full by the 15th of each month.Accounts not paid by the 15th will be charged a $10.00 late fee. No exceptions will be made unless the director is notified of an inability to pay prior to the 15th.

No fee allowances will be made for absences except in the case of hospitalization of child or death in the immediate family. This includes sick days and vacation days. Exceptions to the payment policies will be made at the discretion of the director. Please contact the director immediately if any problems arise concerning fees.
